FAILED DELIVERT

Delivery Failure May Be Affected by the Following Reasons:

2. Recipient is not at home, cannot be contacted, or phone goes to voicemail.
3. Recipient did not pick up the package within the specified timeframe.
4. External factors such as weather conditions or road issues.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Mountgleam is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address.
