We believe shipping should be FAST, FREE, & ON TIME!
FAST:
- We ship most orders the same day they are placed and provide a delivery timeline at checkout.
- Expedited options are available if our Standard Shipping is not quite fast enough.
- Please allow 5-7 business days to process orders during sales or collection launches. Estimated delivery dates from shipping carriers do not apply to pre-order or custom products.
FREE:
- Free shipping applies to EU,CA, AU, NZ orders over $150 excluding APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR, AS, or VI. Some restrictions may apply.
- Orders less than $150, ship for a flat fee of $6.5.
ON TIME:

Our order processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.

SHIPPING FEE:
Shipping costs are set by our carriers. based on order weight, size, destination, and item prices. Any additional duties, taxes, or VAT will be calculated at checkout. Mountgleam is not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers, including weather or storm-related issues.

FAILED DELIVERT
Delivery Failure May Be Affected by the Following Reasons:
- Incomplete or incorrect recipient address, relocation, or refusal to accept the package.
- Recipient is not at home, cannot be contacted, or phone goes to voicemail.
- Recipient did not pick up the package within the specified timeframe.
- External factors such as weather conditions or road issues.
If you notice any irregularities with your package tracking, please contact us immediately, preferably via Messenger. Your issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Mountgleam is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address. We are also not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping details. Please double-check your address before completing checkout. If you notice an error in your confirmation email, contact us immediately to make changes. Once an order ships, we cannot modify the shipping address. Shipping costs for returned packages due to address errors are non-refundable, and returned shipments may incur a restocking fee.
