We believe shipping should be FAST, FREE, & ON TIME!

FAST:

  • We ship most orders the same day they are placed and provide a delivery timeline at checkout.
  • Expedited options are available if our Standard Shipping is not quite fast enough.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process orders during sales or collection launches. Estimated delivery dates from shipping carriers do not apply to pre-order or custom products.

FREE:

  • Free shipping applies to domestic US, CA, FR, DE, AU orders over $150 excluding APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR, AS, or VI. Some restrictions may apply.
  • Orders less than $159, ship for a flat fee of $6.5.

ON TIME:

  • Our shipping cutoff is 3:00 pm eastern standard time. Orders placed after 3:00 pm ship the next business day.
  • For example: If your order is placed on a Monday, before 3:00 eastern time, with delivery in 3 business days, it will arrive on Thursday.
  • If you have a specific delivery need, please contact our friendly customer service at service@artificialflowerstore.com to make sure your order will be delivered on schedule. They can provide you exact times to ensure your satisfaction and can personally take your order to guarantee the delivery date you need.

SHIPPING FEE:

Shipping costs are set by our carriers. based on order weight, size, destination, and item prices. Any additional duties, taxes, or VAT will be calculated at checkout. Mountgleam is not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers, including weather or storm-related issues.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Mountgleam is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address. We are also not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping details. Please double-check your address before completing checkout. If you notice an error in your confirmation email, contact us immediately to make changes. Once an order ships, we cannot modify the shipping address. Shipping costs for returned packages due to address errors are non-refundable, and returned shipments may incur a restocking fee.
