• For example: If your order is placed on a Monday, before 3:00 eastern time, with delivery in 3 business days, it will arrive on Thursday.

FAILED DELIVERT

Delivery Failure May Be Affected by the Following Reasons:

1. Incomplete or incorrect recipient address, relocation, or refusal to accept the package.
2. Recipient is not at home, cannot be contacted, or phone goes to voicemail.
3. Recipient did not pick up the package within the specified timeframe.
4. External factors such as weather conditions or road issues.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Mountgleam is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address. We are also not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping details. Please double-check your address before completing checkout. If you notice an error in your confirmation email, contact us immediately to make changes. Once an order ships, we cannot modify the shipping address.
