FAILED DELIVERT

Delivery Failure May Be Affected by the Following Reasons:

3. Recipient did not pick up the package within the specified timeframe.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Mountgleam is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address. We are also not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping details. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
